Red - Essential
Ideal for those seeking dependable routine care at a competitive rate. Includes scheduled maintenance visits with adjustments and cleaning.
All callouts, whether during or outside of working hours (including weekends and bank holidays), are available at our standard rates. Materials and labour for repairs are charged per event.
White – Comprehensive
Perfect for busy sites needing peace of mind. Includes scheduled maintenance, adjustments, and cleaning. All callouts during working hours are fully covered.
Callouts outside of hours, weekends, and bank holidays are available at our standard rates. Materials and labour for repairs are chargeable per event. Please note callouts due to misuse or abuse remain chargeable.
Blue – All-Inclusive
Our most comprehensive offering for complete confidence. Includes scheduled maintenance, adjustments, and cleaning with all callouts covered 24/7, including weekends and bank holidays, at no extra cost.
Materials and labour for repairs are included (excluding major parts as specified in the contract). Callouts due to misuse or abuse remain chargeable at our standard hourly rate.
