Our Organisation
Wickham Hoist Ltd, based at Unit 10, Meridian Park, Neptune Close, Medway City Estate, Rochester, Kent, ME2 4LE, designs, manufactures, installs and maintains rack and pinion hoists and lifting equipment for construction, infrastructure and industrial customers across the UK.
Our Supply Chains
Our supply chains include the sourcing of steel, mechanical and electrical components, and specialist sub-contracted engineering services, predominantly from UK and European suppliers.
Our Policies
We operate a range of policies that demonstrate our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, including recruitment, whistleblowing and supplier code of conduct policies.
Due Diligence
We conduct due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers, and regularly review our existing supply chains for potential risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.
Training
We ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking amongst our staff, particularly those in a position to identify and act upon them.
Further Steps
We will continue to review and improve our practices to combat modern slavery, and this statement will be reviewed and updated annually.
